A developer had an ambitious plan for a high quality scheme in a coastal resort. While the team had finance for the building work, they did not have the cash to complete the numerous preparations, and the project was in danger of stalling. First Finance arranged finance for the land owner who was part of the development team, which released sufficient cash for the scheme to continue. First Finance also helped the developers to find more competitive building finance.

An architect who wanted to start his own development projects was unable to find the cash he needed. First Finance organised a facility that allowed him to prepare the scheme, and arranged a mortgage to cover the the purchase and building costs
